To ensure a perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head starting in the middle of your forehead and match it with the sizes below:
XS/S 20 – 21.25 in (51 – 54 cm)
S/M 21 – 22.5 in (53 – 57 cm)
L/XL 22.5 – 23.5 in (57 – 60 cm)
XL/XXL 23.5 – 24.5 in (60 – 63 cm)
PRO TIP: If your measurements fall at the upper end of a size range, we strongly recommend sizing up. Example: If you measure 54 cm, choose size S/M. Based on years of customer feedback, the larger size typically offers a better, more comfortable fit.
DELIVERIES
All of our orders are shipped via DPD from our UK warehouse and we aim to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our standard working days are Monday - Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available working day. Quoted shipping times are from shipping confirmation, not from when the order was placed.
We do not ship on UK Bank Holidays - please allow extra time for deliveries around these times. For a full list of these dates, please visit www.gov.uk/bank-holidays.

RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund if they are in a saleable, unworn condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any return shipping costs. We recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or signed for delivery service, of your choice, to ensure your return is tracked and insured. The goods remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our warehouse. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. Please see below for the returns address to send your items to.
If the product, including items bought on sale, is in a saleable condition and returned within 14 days of delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded including any outbound shipping costs. We reserve the right to deduct a percentage of a refund up to the full value, if the value of the goods are diminished as a result of handling the goods by the consumer beyond what is necessary.
We can provide information on how to use these services once you have completed our Returns Form supplied in your order. Please email us if you require a Returns Form or if you experience any issues in making your return.
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received and inspected your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. Once processed, refunds will be returned back to the original payment source and can take up to 5 working days to become visible, depending on your bank.
If you believe your goods are faulty, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@triple8.co.uk along with any information and any images outlining any defects or damage.
EXCHANGES
Because our stock is constantly changing, we do not offer a traditional exchange service. Instead, a new order should be placed and the old order returned for refund. Once we receive your original items back in the warehouse, the usual returns process applies.

I have been using Triple Eight skate pads and helmets for years. After many falls and crashes they have saved me from injury countless times. My most recent and favorite purchase is their helmet that includes MIPS. I love this because of how well it stays in place and keeps my noggin safe.
I bought this helmet for my son to wear when he rides his e-bike. It’s a great helmet - love the MIPS safety feature.

my son had been using a bike helmet for skateboarding because it had the MIPS system; he is thrilled to have a 'real' skateboard helmet. I was hoping for a color other than black, and one of the sweat-saver models to have MIPS, but no luck. Black gets incredibly hot in the sun, and with fewer air holes than his bike helmet I am anticipating a struggle to get him to keep it on once the temperature goes back up next summer. Please make a MIPS, sweat-saver helmet in light, neutral colors (white, light gray, light tan).
I haven't been on a bike in a decade but recently taught my kid to ride and so it was time to get riding again. He's been in Triple8s for a few years on boards/scooters and now a bike and we're big fans of the brand so it was my first choice for a new helmet for me. Chose a light option with Mips; so far am really happy with how comfortable it is. In addition to trusting the brand, they've always been a pleasure to work with so I'm very happy to support them and always try to buy direct instead of from an online mega store or reseller.
Dual Certified MIPS Helmet
I know this is a well constructed and MIPs rated helmet, but there is a thin plastic layer that is a little too loose, and you can feel the outer shell moving and hear it squeaking when you move your head.
Great helmet — looks good and it’s super safe. Marie was also so, so helpful on getting me the right size!
I absolutely love the helmet, bumsaver 2 padded shorts, knee and elbow pads that I purchased. I would highly recommend them and they work like a charm.

The new MIPS helmet fit is slightly different than the Swewat Saver, but I love that Triple 8 has added this technology as an option for their helmets. Customer service was super helpful!

The sizing was spot on, I bought a L/XL helmet according to the measurements online. It was a little loose, but then I added the thicker pads that came with it and it is now a perfect fit.

I bought this updated MIPS helmet for my teenager because he said his previous triple eight helmet was too small. He likes the look and feel of this helmet and I like the added MIPS protection as well as double use for bikes and skating. Customer service was also fabulous.
After have a skating accident that resulted in some serious brain trauma and 12 days in ICU this is the only helmet that me and my kiddos wear. The R&D that has went into this helmet is worth the extra price alone. Honestly finding something like this help me convince my wife that it was ok for me to skate that part of my life again.

Love this brand, have been using these helmets since 2013. I like the MIPS technology unfortunately it wasn’t as comfortable as my old helmet thats I use for bmx. So I returned and order a sweater saver much more comfortable and nice sturdy fit.

I play roller derby and needed a new helmet. I decided to try one with Mips for extra protection. The helmet fits well and is comfortable. The Mips doesn't change the fit of the helmet. My old helmet (not Triple 8) was a large and I used liners to fit it it to my head. This time I got a S/M and I'm still able to use my liners. The fit is much better than my old one.
